We offer shipping services to all locations in South Africa. We work with reliable courier partners to ensure that your order is delivered to your preferred address in a timely and efficient manner.

1. Order Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times will depend on your location, with major cities usually receiving their orders within 7-14 business days. Outlying and remote areas may take longer, up to 15-20 business days.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your location. You can view the shipping costs for your order during the checkout process before payment confirmation.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping methods: economy and over-night. Economy shipping is the default option and is usually the most cost-effective. Over-night shipping is available for those who require their orders to be delivered faster, and will incur additional fees.

4. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts to deliver your order. If they are unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery at an additional cost.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your delivery. You can track your order on our website or on the courier partner's website.

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and resolve the issue. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by the courier partner.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within South Africa and do not offer international shipping.
