Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to request a refund for your purchase. Please read our refund policy below:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds: We offer refunds only for products that are nor cutomised or damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us by email or phone, and provide us with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and if approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  3. Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the product to us.

  4. Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged product and we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on the availability of the product.

  5. Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the availability of the product.

  6. Exceptions: We do not offer refunds for products that have been opened or used, except in the case of a defective product. We also do not offer refunds for custom and personalized orders or gift cards.
